Default LS TURBO vs. GSR

Ok guys this is my question. Im going to be buying a car for about 5-8grand and i was wondering if i would be better off getting a newer LS and turboing in a few months or getting a GS-R and gradually doing mods. I guess insurance on an LS would be cheaper and i will be more able to find a nice LS because GSR's are so dam rare. What are your opinions. Please give me costs of LS, years, and the cost of turbo + supporting mods. Thanks in advance.

Ben

gsr's are out there, but the insurance is cheaper on ls, my ls is blue booking around 6-8000.00 stock with high mileage, no idea what i could get for it with mods. as far as turbo pricing i'm not real sure of, aprox. 2-3000.00 for the kits i've spec'ed, like my ls but i would go gsr if possible http://ouw1sh.com/php/modules.php?op...orderby=titleA

Save up and turbo the GSR. But whatever u do, be sure to research and do it right the first time since car stuff can get pretty damn expensive

Why is LS better then a GSR if i want to go turbo. Wouldn't the gsr be better? I heard soemthing about the drive train being weaker on a gsr or something. Is that why. Thanks,

Ben
