They are grounded. There is no powdercoat underneath, just bare metal.
where did u get the charge pipe that comes off the turbo? It looks like a casted piece. Did u front mount your cooling fan, or did you not put it on yet? sounds good.

yeah, think about it though, theres nothing grounded on the valve cover side. you got the valve cover gasket, the spark plug grommets, the rubber isoloated valve cover bolts, etc.
i made the same mistake.
the hole u used is for the RHD cars with the throttle cable that goes over the top of the valve cover.
use the bolt that was originally used with the car stock. that will have continuity through the head and the block.

Ever since I removed my A/C a while back, I have been using pusher slim fans. Any puller mounted fan would probably cause clearance issues with either the charge piping or dumptube.

Sick shmoo. I welded up my own exhaust just like yours without the resonator or bullet muffler. I can still imagine it's loud as hell. But it's nice knowing there's other people crazy enough out there to run something like this.
Wow schmoo, looking good man. I may have missed it but any thoughts on going Hondata with engine management? It runs my 880 Precisions at like 900-1000 idle, they feel good. I'm running two SPAL fans, the pusher is on the front driver side and the puller is on the back passenger side. I can snap a picture if you wanted to see clearance. SC61, but the Inline Pro manifold could be the difference, but it's running AC. Anyway, keep it up.
