The ones that are shaped like springs and go sproing.

Most any lowering spring that doesn't produce a huge drop is fine.

The H&R OEM sport spirngs will give you a mild drop, are progressive and are H&R. When I get some money together, that is going to be the next big thing on the teg, probably with the KYB AGX as I have had good experiences with KYB products

also if you are lookin for just a tad of a drop I am runnin the eibach pro-kits and I am very pleased...they made the car a lil lower, but nothing crazy...maybe an inch and a half...no rubbing issues back when I had my 17s, and def. no rubbin now that I am on 15s
