OK, I had a post about this before HAN went down, and I also did a search, but nothing came up. We concluded that the wisest choice would be a GS-R (unless you have the money for a Type-R). I know the LS has all the "comforts", like A/C, moonroof, PS, PDL, etc. I believe the SE is the same thing except with leather seats, right? And the GS is the "lowest" on the luxury level. One step above that is the RS, right? So the list would go:

Type R
GS-R
SE (if you like leather)
LS
RS
GS

I see alot of GS's for sale, but I want something with a few more power options and stuff, does the GS even have A/C? I want PW, Moonroof, A/C, and PDL at least. What is the lowest model with all of these? Thanks alot!

 

The GS is the GSR with an LS motor. RS is the lightest, most un-optioned car. LS is the luxury GS luxker sport and gsr is the race luxury

RS - Race Sport
LS - Luxury Sport
GS - Grand Sport (leather)
GSR - Grand Sport Race

RS would be the best ptential race car do to the weight reduction and easiest to engine modify. The GS wasnt made in 1994. You can get leather with the GSR.

alright..
SE = Special edition --> maybe the rims or something is different from GS don't remember...
but i have seen SE came without leather seats too for some reason and maybe that's the difference between SE and GS

 

i thought the GSR and SE were the same except the engine...

 

By the way RS has same chassis as Type R
coz both no sunroof and no ac.. and blah blah.. more
no cruise control too i think

The TypeR has a renforced chassis that no other teg has.

The RS has AC, it doesn't have a sunroof, ABS, cruise control, or power locks.

The RS is about 100lbs lighter than its LS/GS brothers.

I don't feel like explaining the differences between them since I've explained them like a million times on this board...

but GS is for sure higher standard than SE
