Is DSM a manufacturer? I'm not going higher than 12psi so i'm not gonna run more than like 250whp am i? Whats the differance between saturated and peak hold? If i'm gonna buy some should i go for say 756cc or are they too big for me with my current goals?

DSM = diamond star motors (mitsubishi)...The eclipse came with 450cc injectors from the factory, you can pick them up for about $50 or so.
depending on your turbo size and tuning...12psi could be anywhere from 250whp to 350whp...I'd say closer to 300whp if you stick with a t3t40E.
Saturated = high resistance, they are what you are currently running....
Peak hold is low resistance and used in older cars. Until recently you had to run peak hold if you wanted to run large injectors....RC now makes large saturated injectors.....
450cc injectors will work (up to about 300whp) but if you can find some 550cc+ they will give you room to grow...

well as long as 550cc will work fine i'll get them and give myself room to grow, i'm probs gonna have to buy new ones coz the aint any eclipses in scappys in uk, not a very popular car over here.....i will look for another car i could get them off tho and check what injector type they are.
Also is a return oil feed needed from the turbo? or just one feed from oilsandwich to turbo? Any ideas of where i can get a good turbo manifold and down pipe without being "mad" prices? bear in mind i live in the uk and delivery costs. thanks

Yes you need to have a oil drain line that drains back to the oil pan....
Try e-bay for a manifold, just avoid ssautochrome manifolds....

The filter goes on the inlet to the turbo, the outlet of the turbo connects to the intercooler through a pipe, the output of the intercooler connects to the throttle body....using a pipe...I'll e-mail you pics of my engine bay....
