Also when I took off the throttle body so I can change the sensor I noticed that theyre not screws or nuts that can be easily taken off. Would I have to take it to a mechanic so it can be taken off??

the TPS is held on by rivits, you have to drill them out and tap the holes to hold in the new one in with screws.

be VERY careful not to swap the EVAP plug and IAT plug, it fries ecus.
And as far as replacing the TPS, that is one of the most comon things with swapping motors, it hits the firewall and snaps. So much so, tha I reccomend pulling the IM or TB before yanking the motor.
I've heard that you can get one from a honda mortorcycle store, as they cell them independantly, and the car dealership willl only sell it with a new TB (200-300 bucks)
