B18C1 and B18C5??
Because service in the past has sucked.
If you don't have a b-series setup already, buy a swap. If you already have a b-series and just want the engine, buy a long block, or a complete engine if you can find it.

heres a tip totalvelocity, hang around the forums and just watch. Do what i did, search for stuff you dont know, there is TONNNNNNNNNNNNSSSS of info on this site. As far as your set up your working too fast, slow down and go one step at a time. Talk to experienced turbo guys if thats what your planning
:werd:
And if you keep your eyes open you'll find some good deals. I'm about to buy a B18C1 shortblock for $500.

It took me 15 months to build my first B18C1 with my car just sitting there in my garage. I decided to do it right (except for sleeves) and you can see where it got me from looking at my sig.
Take your time, there's no need to rush this stuff and the final outcome will reflect the steps you took.

The ITR block has a number of advantages over a GSR block, but none of them are going to matter if you're swapping out rods and pistons.
The ITR crank is a good deal better than the GSR's, but it really isn't going to make a difference if you have everything properly balanced when you put it back together.
It's also very obvious you don't know anything about building up a B series motor for boost, or boosting in general. I'd just hang out and learn some info before you jump into this. Otherwise you could end up with a $5,000 paperweight.
