Windows rattle like hell, Help!!

I removed the door panel and there isn't much room to work with, and it is hard to see what could be causing the problem. Crap is annoying!! Also seems as if alot of integras have this squeaking/rattling noise that comes from the rear of the car too. Anyways, any help would be nice...can get real annoying
