Shifting problems?

I can help u if u need instructions, but it's very straightforward. Hopefully, it's not your synchros goin out, but u did say there was a rebuild 80k miles ago, so that shouldn't be the issue.
The broken pedal assembly thing seems to be a common problem. Make sure to check your pedal assembly under the dash to ensure that the clutch pedal is operating properly. Good luck.

Knew the tranny was F'd already and we pulled a used one from the pick-n-pull junk yard for $60.
Got the bad tranny off and then saw this:
I guess I hit something put a hole in the tranny and leaked out all the fluid. This was at the Sand Dunes and there was some extreme off roading for a Civic to get to the campsite. Made it 2 hrs home with no fluid in the tranny before it took a TOTAL crap.
We got the used tranny (from 170K mile car) installed, new clutch disk too. Its done now, everything works great, better than other tranny was before!
