also one more thing, how do u guys attach the speaker wires to the terminals on the speakers? do u crimp them or or is it okay to solder them on? will the heat from the soldering iron ruin the speaker?

I crimp mine, you could solder if you want. Either way works fine. One isn't better than the other if done right, meaning the sound isn't gonna be any better and I have never ever had one of my connections come loose so that's a non issue. the heat from the soldering iron is also a non issue since you are going to crimp or solder on the connector to the speaker wire, then push the connector on to the speaker terminal.
