Default Alarm problems

I have the Clifford Matrix RS2 alarm. The door lock/unluck and the remote start, and panic works, but the alarm wont arm. The LED stays on when i lock the doors. Can u tell me what would cause this??

Im not sure where the hell it is at? The alarm was on the car when i bought it.

I may be way off here but make sure your trigger wires are hooked up right, on mine the led only stays solid when a door or the trunk is open. The relay may possibly be bad, do you have illuminated entry?

It turned out to be that it was in Valet mode. They body shop must have put it in that mode when they were working on it.
