Default one speaker blown

I have a 95 accord and I replaced the rear 6's with custom 6x9's. For some reason my right rear is blown. I checked the wiring and there are 3 wires going to it. Its like 2 pos and 1 neg or the other way around and the other speaker has one pos and one neg. I know i have to buy one new one now, my question is how did this happen so i can prevent it from the new one which i need to get. where is a good place online to find speakers.

You have 2 positive wires going to it? Thats not right. Trace back where both positive wires are coming from and let us know.

Default here's the deal

I know nothing about how honda colors there wires but here is my set up. My rear right(which is blow) has three wires. One that is red with a yellow stripe but has a gray band, another that is red with a yellow stripe but has a blue band and the third wire is brown with a white stripe.
The left side has three wires also. One blue with a yellow stripe with a gray band, another blue with a yellow stripe but with a brown band and the third is all gray.
Now the way it is hooked up is that on the left side both the blue/yellow/gray and the blue/yellow/brown are joint as one and the gray make another wire. So that makes a pos and a neg
The Right(blown) is hooked up just the same. connencting the red/yellow/gray and the red/yellow/blue as one and the brown/white as another.

right side
1)red/yellow/gray
2)red/yellow/blue combind 1&2 as one
3)brown/white

left side
1)blue/yellow/gray
2)blue/yellow/brown combind 1&2 as one
3)gray

PLease help me?
