Default DIY: Speaker Grill Cleaning

I know most of us here have some dirty ass speaker grills in our cars. Instead of paying 40 bucks for new ones i took the annitiative to figure out a way around this.

First thing i did was take the door panels off the front doors. Then i unscrewed the speaker grills off.

Next i took them in my bathroom sink and plugged the drain. Filled it up with hot water mixed with laundry detergent.

I sit the grills in the water and let them soak. Afterwards i took a nail brush and just brushed them folowing the thread patterns.

Next i set them in teh shower and turned teh shower on and let them rince off.

Let them dry and then you have some nice clean ass speaker grills.

Any idea on what I could use if I don't want to take the panels off? BTW, how do I take the panels off of my car (94 Accord)? Thanks.
