I have no clue how anyone can pay even MSRP for an Accord. When I (or should I say my dad) bought the 98 accord, our OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE (including all taxes, tag, delivery, etc. fees) was still 400 bucks LESS than MSRP.

My advice: wait a few months after they come out, and learn to negotiate.

Would you like me to fax my title to you? I can negotiate very well, thank you. But to be honest, I didn't put an awful lot of work in to it. Just shoped around till I got the best price. Now, if I can still get 20 grand for the car, yipee!!! But I doubt that, since most of the 2000 Preludes I see around here go for 12,000-16,000. I think your logic on these car prices is a little skewed. We aren't talking about 1967 Shelby Cobras. BTW, you sound like you'd like to buy my ranch in Phoenix. There's 2.5 acres, and it all lies on the Pacific Ocean. Real cheap, too. I'll take 20 grand for it.

Just becuase i see the prices dont mean i'm gonna just leave it at that what i'm telling you is what I see everything selling for, I'm not the one who payed 30 Grand for a prelude either. You can sell your Beach Front Desert property to the two cats i work with who payed 30 grand for 00 SH's.

Well yeah. The automatic version of the CL Type-S is alot softer and doesn't have that Helical Limited Slip Differential. Nor does it have that exhaust tone that I would kill for. The auto CL-S doesn't hold a candle to the 330Ci.

Never thought of it that way......but I'm assuming the better handling on the 330i (I have an automatic as well---I know I'm a wuss!) is due to the continental sport contact, 225 front, 245 rear, as somebody mentioned above. I'm not doubting that the CL-S is close in the numbers, but the 330 inspires more confidence on the road, that's all I'm saying.

Yeah I think I wanna a G35 Coupe instead of waiting on the coupe I love the style.
Plus for as much as they are talking for a accord, you might as well save a couple more grand and get that

And you can tell them that you met someone on HAN who got more than two grand knocked off sticker, brand new. One thing I will say, while that was the best price I could get (200 over invoice at the time), I did not see one dealer charging more for it. The two cats you work with got ripped off big time. No arguement. They got rapped. Plain and simple.
