Knuckles are back. They look pretty awesome too.

I was also able to locate the missing piece I need from HatchVX. Hopefully picking them up today! Thanks again man!

Pix:

Someone order a knuckle sandwich?

Close up of the roll center adjusters.

Ordered up new OEM lug nuts. OEM Wheel bearings, and OEM outer tie rods for the steering rack. Right now the only hold up seems to be waiting for the wheels bearings to arrive. I should be able to reinstall a lot of the suspension this weekend. Knuckles may be delayed until mid week, depending on when I get them pressed in once they arrive.

Y0. The 15/16 Integra brake master cylinder I'm using is clocked differently than the OEM setup. All the 15/16 BMC I'm seeing are clocked differently. Do I need to swap over the brake booster as well?

Hatchvx says he's using an S2k BMC and booster. Anyone else use that?

I have a 15/16 (gsr I believe) that has the line fittings in the wrong place (but still bend-able), and a 1" (ITR I believe) that matches up pretty close to the stock line locations. As far as I know, both are compatible with the stock booster, but it's been a long time since I messed around with any of that junk.

Made a lot of progress. The BMC issue killed any hopes of having a running Civic this week. The car is very close to finished. Just need to install the BMC and booster and we should be ready to go shortly after that.

Pics:

Front LCAs on!

GSR 24 mm front sway bar on as well. I somehow managed to find the poly bushings purchased nearly 5 years ago.

Upper Skank2 arm is on. With the cleaned up OEM pieces. The driver side took me nearly an hour to get in. Damn, what an annoyance.

New wheel bearings in. Left the original hubs in. Everyone said they were fine. New axle was installed as well. Tranny fluid in the tranny too!

Roll center adjuster. Really unique piece for this car.

Look a downward pointing LCA. You know what that means! Traction! Hopefully it still point down when it's under load.

Outer tie rod installed. New brake lines run. Dope sauce.

500 lbs springs in the front. 550 in the rear. It'll be set up for 2.5 degrees of negative camber in the front.

Still a mess, but now the wheel wells have something in them

ALMOST THERE!

Updates soon. Hopefully the s2k bmc and booster solve our problems.

BIG THANKS TO HATCHVX for helping me out A LOT this week!

project looks great, but why 500lbs up front and 550 in the rear? you looking for some serious oversteering or what?

Got the final piece to the puzzle. S2k bmc & booster. Many thanks to "Civic2Scooby" for selling me one at a great price!

Now I just need to trick someone to install it. I'm not in the mood to do "Crouching Panda" yoga moves under the dash to install the BMC & Booster.

Pic of said unit. Beauty of this setup is an install swap to 1" BMC which was my original goal anyways.

Aug 29 and 30th I'm going back up to my friends house to finish this up. I believe HybridAndy will be visiting me up there as well, so this last hurdle should go smoothly.
