 A notebook is actually all a "blueprinted" engine has. There is no actual "blueprint", and it doesn't have to be complicated. Write down your part numbers, and your clearances. You'll be glad you did one day if you have to replace anything.

I had all my stuff digitally photographed, but the hard drive they were on crashed abruptly and I lost everything. Very sad true story. I should have just used a notebook and kept it simple.

So i got my bearings in, and they sent me King Bearings. How are they compared to the ACL's?

Meh, I don't know. I've only used Calico's and ACL's.

the only difference i have found is the the Kings are Bi layer instead of Tri Layer. Also the Kings has a thicker Top layer (.018 compared to .008)

just put 'em in & take some measurements!

ohh & double check everything with plasti-gauge as a second refereance point. It will be nice to compaire your measurements with your tools to the plasti-gauge measurements. I'll be excited to see how close they are.

Well after measuring everything up i had to tear the block down again so that i can get the mains line honed.

Here are the measurements Crank 1) .1906 2) .1906 3) .1894 4) .1907 5) .1907 Block 1) .1914 2) .1911 3) .1924 4) .1921 5) .1928 Which yeild these clearences 1) .0008 2) .0005 3) .0030 4) .0014 5) .0021

Once i get the block back i will measure the mains and figure out what bearings i need to get. One of these day the motor will be in and running.

some of those look really tight and might have been able to fix with odd size oem bearings but to have everything on an equal playing field closer to the acceptable ranges will be way nicer!

If you haven't already, you might wanna check into having the crank checked and balanced while u have everything apart.
