Quick spring question...
In order to keep your springs from compressing, you'll need to get spring rates that are a LOT stiffer than the shelf rates. Rolling your fenders involves rolling a specialty tool or baseball bat along the lip on the underside of the fender to bend it up and out of the way to reduce tire rubbing in the wheel wells. There should be some posts about it somewhere around here. Try and search and see what you come up with.

riding with the shocks at anything other than full soft for daily driving will do nothing but wear out your shocks faster and make the ride unpleasant... Just leave 'em at full soft unless you're doing some spirited driving or an autocross.

I race with the rears set at full stiff and the fronts at 1/4 (mostly soft). But just for daily driving, its not gonna make enough difference to be worth the rapid wear and harsh ride. I ride on full soft all around (Koni Yellows).
