In order to keep your springs from compressing, you'll need to get spring rates that are a LOT stiffer than the shelf rates. Rolling your fenders involves rolling a specialty tool or baseball bat along the lip on the underside of the fender to bend it up and out of the way to reduce tire rubbing in the wheel wells. There should be some posts about it somewhere around here. Try and search and see what you come up with.
