Default Quick ? about spring rates and sagging...

Do cars equipped with high spring rate lowering springs (ex. Neuspeed/H&R race) sag less when loaded with passengers and other crap? Basically I just wanna know if higher, stiffer spring rates prevent the car from sagging when loaded with weight. thanks

Yes it does, but unless the passangers live in your car, there's no point. The ride is going to suffer greatly and you better get shocks for race springs no arugements.
