By the way getting the two pieces welded would be alot cheaper than buyin a 4-1 header.

So i tried to find another gasket but noone has one that will fit, so I had to get a HUGE sheet of High Temp gasket from Napa and cut my own. But now the one I cut is leaking too. What else can i use?

Have you tried the high temp gasket from Napa with high temp silicon? Also, make sure you got some good locking nuts or lock washers on it when you assemble. Lastly, after you assemble, run the car and get it heated up, then retorque the bolts after it cools. It sounds like in the course of heating and cooling, the bolts are streching causing your gaskets to fail.

I'd use the High Temp gasket maker (it's a red one) or the Bronze looking tube which is even higher temp.

I used the red stuff on my Mr Gasket header gasket and it's fine.
