An auto ecu can be modified to manual, you're better off getting your own though, its not something you can do unless you go soldering skills and knowledge of electronics and the ability to follow the instruction to do it.

 you DO NOT NEED A DIFFERENT HARNESS YOU ONLY NEED TO ADD A COUPLE TO YOUR EXISTING DX HARNESS!!!! h:

:wavey: You don't need a different wiring harness besides the one that comes with the z6 which you don't need but is nice to have. The best tranny to use is the 6th gen EX tranny same final drive as teh 5th gen Si but with a better shift fork. Probably a good idea to get plugs, cap, rotor, wires, and timing belt, and water pump. Make sure you get his upper cam motor mount with the swap because you will need it. That is all I can think of right now besides you needing a p28 ecu. Which you're homey really shouldn't use for a b16, and you can't use with a 5sp. If you have any more questions PM me I have done the swap myself so I can help you, it is very straightforward and easy.
