Hell the GReddy kit for the GSR isn't even really that pricey--it can be had for about $3300 once you add the intercooler and that includes upgraded injectors and a "black box" that'll play with the stock ECU to keep things running safely.

:goodjob: Thank you, Brett !

So a lack of peak power is what crucial refers to as a "ghey" kit ... how articulate..

okay looks like greddy it is then. just have to save a little bit longer. does anyone know where i can get a good price on the greddy kit other than greddy.com. it comes with the turbo kit, but dont you also have to buy the wastegate and blow off valve too?

Integra GSR 1996-99 TD05H-18G $3,249.00
Includes - Cast Mani, FCU, 320 cc inj, Air Intake, piping, hoses oil lines and misc. hardware.

Integra GSR 1994-99 (2) Type 31V FM / GTK $939.00

External Wastegate S 0.6-0.8 kg/cm2 $750.00

Type S Universal $227.27

i picked the lowest priced ones.

You can find it much cheaper than that. Check out groupbuycenter....they usually have the kit for around 2400, then 900 for the IC kit....for the big IC, the type 24. And you don't need to get an external wastegate.

$2599 for the base kit: http://www.optauto.com/webstore/prod...k=yes&dept=123

$679 for V-Spec intercooler: http://www.optauto.com/webstore/prod...k=yes&dept=130

-or-

$855 for R-Spec intercooler: http://www.optauto.com/webstore/prod...k=yes&dept=130

I don't forsee much of a performance increase will be achieved by stepping up to the R-spec on a relatively low-boost application.

If the greddy kit was my only option i wouldnt even waste my time with it. I have never been impressed by a civic with the greddy kit. Its a noob/show kit.
