I spent 4 days in Barcelona... thought it was a bit short. I would've wanted to stay and extra 2 days. I love that city... food, girls and architecture is simply amazing.
It's one of the only place i've ever been that i did a hop on hop off. I just wanted to see the whole city and buildings. It was also a fairly good way to get places in the city.
I found the locals to not so friendly... not un friendly but not as willing to help as most of the other countries/coties i've visited. Lot of tourists though. Drinking and eating on the beach strip was a bit expensive for my tastes. Seafood and paella was great. I would have wanted to do a sherry tour of even see a bullfight (they were about to ban then when i went so not sure if they still have them or not) but i didn't have time.

Sup Tarek! There are no bullfighting in November. My wife wanted to experience it. Seems like doing the hop on hop off bus is the thing to do, is Barcelona that big that you need to do that to see the whole city? thanks for the advice.
The Hop on Hop off is a good way to see the city and the building (barcelona's archetechture is def worth seeing.) It will also drop you off in the most popular places to visit. It's easy to see the building for a vantage point.
Depending on how long you'll be in barcelona you could get the hop on hop off for 48 hours and then travel by subway/walk
there is also a cool gondula system there...
Got my shit all planned out, i'm fucking pump to go.
Need a vacation bad.
Flying into Barcelona and flying out of Madrid. Barcelona 3 days - valencia 2 days - seville/cordoba 2 days - toledo 1 day - madrid 3 days. Made reservations to all kinds of restaurants. Eating at the oldest restaurant in the world too, La Botin.
