If you use liquid creatine, you don't need to load...however you need to load if you use the powder form. Make sure you drink LOTS of water or your muscles will become dehydrated.

screw creatine dude and just go on protein and work out. I'm about the same build as you. 6' and 175 lbs. I'm working on getting to 200 lbs. Eat lots of carbs and work out hard and take protein regularly

i have never loaded on creatinne.. i just take 1 tsp about 45 minutes before i work out.. and all i've really seen it done is help it so im not so sore afterwards.. which is a good thing because i can usually do a little more in the workout that i normally would be just barely too sore to do...

WHen I took creatine I pissed a lot more. But thats probably cause I was drinkin lot more too.
