Default is creatine safe?

since im asian i have mucho trouble putting on muscle

im ~6 foot and 180 lbs and have a little bit of chub so i people tell me that i should have no problem putting on muscle since im not super skinny. i plan on staying around the same weight but convert fat into muscle. i dont know if thats even possible but i feel good at 180 lbs.

any recomendations for creatine brands (good tasting) and techniques for eating and working out? let me hear your experiences

Creatine is safe. Just get the pill form at GNC.

dunno about the safety about creatine in the long run..i.e. kidney problems. since it hasn't been around that long. eventually you might start seeing problems as bodybuilders using them get older. but usually creatine users "cycle" meaning they'll use it for x amount of weeks and then get off x amount of weeks. dunno the exact numbers cuz i don't use it h:

yes, the cycle method is the way to go. creatine is made naturally in the body, but if you use it for more than a cycle, you'll stop making it. i used the liquid creatine before...worked well. oh, and that loading up stuff ppl tell you, don't bother - i started on it w/o loading up for a week and did fine. as for the metabolism question...supplements like xenadrine or hydroxycut speed up metabolism. just get the ephedrine free kind.

here's a site you might wanna look at:

creatine has been around awhile.. and the only known side effect is muscle cramping after about 6 or so miles of running...

thats not a side effect then cuz its not directly related to the creatine itself

i was trying to be a smart ass...
i meant to say that the creatine itself doesn't cause the side effect...it's probably the water you take with it and the retention from the creatine that causes the cramping...so technically it's not the creatine that causes it h:
