you really want to just use some lame emoticon to egg me on

i'm merely pointing out the fact that couch to 5k works great at what it advertises and nothing more. it's an excellent tool to get you off the couch and moving but in terms of overall health and fitness it doesn't stack up and the creators will even tell you that. I used the couch to 5k this past summer and it worked as advertised but it's only a starting point. I was merely implying don't expect this to be some save all answer to physical fitness. a lot of people take these programs and think they are the answer to their workout woes, this is strictly a 9 week program to get you on the right path and from there you need to have another in place or expect to fall down quickly.

I'm not even going to read your above nonsense, I'm just wondering to myself if you are as much of a blatant know-it-all in everyday life as you are on here.

Anyways, back to the topic. Downloaded the free app for my droid, but I've read it's much better on apple's format. It has voice notification on apple, as opposed to just a bell or ding or whatever on droid.

I tried running, my knees get sore after a mile and a half.

I want to bike again...but it is kinda boring doing it alone But I will take a short ride this weekend if the weather is right.

I might try this and see if it helps cure my shin splints and back issues from running. I usually just start out running as far as I can and overdo it :/

I wonder how this app stacks up with endomondo app.

I'll check it out tomorrow on my morning run.

I'd be up for it if everyone was doing it in the spring. I'm trying to gain fat/muscle during the winter and a lot of running would be counterproductive.
