you really want to just use some lame emoticon to egg me on

i'm merely pointing out the fact that couch to 5k works great at what it advertises and nothing more. it's an excellent tool to get you off the couch and moving but in terms of overall health and fitness it doesn't stack up and the creators will even tell you that. I used the couch to 5k this past summer and it worked as advertised but it's only a starting point. I was merely implying don't expect this to be some save all answer to physical fitness. a lot of people take these programs and think they are the answer to their workout woes, this is strictly a 9 week program to get you on the right path and from there you need to have another in place or expect to fall down quickly.
