I am trying to slim down right now, so I'm doing cardio instead of lifting weights.
I bike 11-12 miles a day (approx. half an hour) at a very quick pace, 5 days a week.
Now I've just gotta start working on my diet

i go to the gym everynight for 2.5 hours. i used to lift but i stopped. i just wanna focus on losing weight so i just do my thang on the treadmill. btw my weightlifting gloves just came in
