Just as a side note, I used a tip that Joe posted on here a while back. I have been mixing my vanilla protein powder with OJ. It tastes sooo much better than with milk. Tastes like an orange julius like he said. I can drink it with dinner or just by itself and I dont have to slam it down trying not to taste it. Helped me intake more protein and I dont dread taking it now. Good tip Joe:thumbup:
