Still doing the same old. Weight is hovering around 172, with slightly less beef than I had 6 months ago. I'm happy with my weight, but my workout has sorta hit a plateau. I've been doing nearly zero cardio, and diet is the same as always (beer and junk). I think I'm going to go back on the protein even though I don't really want to put on any more weight :/

What's your status man? I go back tomorrow for a new set of xrays. Yesterday marked 5 weeks. I'm hoping I get good news and start PT next week...although I've been having some shoulder joint pain that I need to ask about. :nervous:

... i go back for more x-rays on monday. pain for the most part is gone, but its the discomfort and inconvenience.. cant walk, still on crutches and i wear a walking boot when i go out.
hopefully monday will be good, but from most accounts, if everything goes fine, im still in for the long haul (6 months for this type of injury).good luck. i need to do some cardio..
it's gonna be 6week post-surgery tomorrow.. my knee is almost at 100% range of motion, although it is extremely sore.. the ankle is still swollen, and i still get swelling
... i go back for more x-rays on monday. pain for the most part is gone, but its the discomfort and inconvenience.. cant walk, still on crutches and i wear a walking boot when i go out.
hopefully monday will be good, but from most accounts, if everything goes fine, im still in for the long haul (6 months for this type of injury).

here is a simple workout I did yest, so i can get ready to snowboard.
I didn't film the leg extensions and isolated lunges I did right afterwards. three sets of the circuit and I was burnt. as you can see I need to diet.

I need to start eating healthy too! I feel like I eat shit, miss meals..Drink..and I don't want to make a change because I settle for my results..But I want better results..but Il have to eat better..Im doomed.
