Makin jerky
the first time i remember touching any was way before that. i was probably 10 or so and my dad, his girlfriend (denise), and i were asleep on our couch (atleast i was pretending to be asleep) and i slipped my hand up her shirt. they were pretty small though. she pulled my hand down and then i went back up again, and then she pulled my hand out of her shirt. i think she thought i was my dad though. i just got up and got some water or something.
I've been making my own jerky for several months. People keep asking for it and they pay me $5 for 3 oz. It's good shit.
For ever 2 lbs of meat I use:
2/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup worchestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp liquid smoke
(optional) as much hot sauce as you like
Slice the london broil up real thin (1/8 inch slices or a little bigger) Throw it on the Ronco for about 10 hours. Shit comes out perfect every time.
