it means youre scrubbing your gd guns too hard. theyll toughen up though.

 

weak gums
use a softer and larger toofbrush and next time you brush yo teef, itll slightly massage the gums too. dont floss so rigorously and jam it between the teef. and dont put razors in yo mouf gangsta h:

 

Just means your gums are sensitive...probably nothing to worry about at all.

 

how can i toughen my gums? its scary spitting out pink toothpaste.

 

Usually means that you had plaque over an area that has been removed, and it is sensitive because of so. When it was exposed to the brush, it bleeds...it'll toughen up. Brush twice a day and it'll go away in a week or two.

 

but its been going on for a while now...and i already brush twice a day...

i also use a soft brush with a med head. how can i get rid of plaque? should i start using a mouth wash?

 

Wrap your toothbrush in steel wool when you brush.

That, or make sure to floss regularly & use a stiffer toothbrush (and mouthwash would probably help too).


But unless you're bleeding a lot, there's probably no need to worry too much about it.
