You need to floss so the plaque goes away and stops inflaming your gums and making them too sensitive. I've had the dentist and ortho yell at me all the time for that when I had braces.

 

are your gums swollen? it can be mild gingivitis. angle ur brush when brushing to the space where the gums/teeth meet. and make sure to brush twice a day and floss daily. it should clear up.


you want to massage the gums while brushing too. dentist always tells me the more the stimulation to the gums...the better.

i got sonic care b/c i got lazy. i've also noticed i wasnt brushing well either. sonic care is a cool little gadget..but kinda pricey. it was well worth it though. the dentist clean feeling is when you only have to brush 2 minutes with it

i got the cheapest package from walmart. 69 bucks came with the recharger, power unit, one brush.

i didnt need the extra brushes nor the travel case for the extra 10-20 bucks. each brush comes with a cover anyway...they are already for travel. the power pack supposely lasts 1-2 weeks without recharging.

i can share my sonic care with family members...they just need to buy the replacement brushes for 24 bucks for a set of 2 at walmart.

the internet deal isnt bad at all. 59.99 is the cheapest ive seen so far...and it probably will go cheaper as it gets more common.
