if you have braces it happens a lot if not...maybe you should brush your teeth more often

Use a soft or medium toothbrush and don't brush so hard. Do circular motions on your teeth at a 45 degree angle.

We also have a 4th year med student that played with us, but the got in at Dartmoth, so he's not around anymore

it means you have gum disease. Im serious too, no bs. Mine sometime bleed too, it's not a big deal as long as your gums don't start peeling away from ur teeth, then it can get ugly. I bet if you go to the dentist, they will recommend deep cleaning, don't do it, that shit hurts
