You've bumped your head. They are beautiful from any angle. Go to any electronics store and see for yourself.

But they are not true LED tv's. When (if) the TRUE LED tv's come out, they will be unmatched in quality.

obviously uve compared them with inferior LCDs

There's a huge viewing angle on the Samsung LED's, no doubt. I saw it in person over the weekend and it was the first thing I checked.

thinking about buying a samsung led soon.

spen some time at best buy this past weekend staring at tv's.

I believe all of the Samsung LED's have built in viewing angle adjustments.

I think I saw it was something like 7% loss of color at 90 degrees with brighter black levels. So, yes there is some side loss I guess, but the overall picture quality is better than the LCD's and even some of the best Plasmas.

I hadn't been keeping up on this, the fact they're out is news to me. I'll take a 55" 8-series plz ...

by the time I'm ready to buy, something nicer will be available

screen uniform is the problem (as well as fade in contrast)

read the latest review of the samsung led on sound&vision


i'd wait a couple of years before they fully get LED to its full potential
as of now...the plasmas are still a better buy
