First their was the 60Hz LCD then came the 120Hz. Now it's the 240Hz, now I hear a rumor the 480Hz is coming. And Plasma has 600Hz and they had 600Hz for a while...

i believe samsung led are still edge-lit (the UN too)
still screen uniformity issue and contrast issue at angle

slightly derail...but who would buy LED @ over $2k when you can get top of the line panasonic or even kuro elite plasmas for less?
