My wife has a MacBook Pro. It has lighted keys. The build quality on it is WAY better than on the Dell's I've had. I've had really bad problems with Dell laptops falling apart with light use.

h:Coworker picked up r600, nice gadgets with solid state HD but the keyboard is too small. Bad placement of the shift key.

totally agree. IBM T series is probably the best laptop ever and very sturdy. My old T60 was heavily used for 3 years and it looked practically brand new, except a few places on the keyboard and the touch pad.

ha ... i'm still running on my T43 at work :wtc:
i gotta be close to a replacement here ... i think we using the W series now on all new orders. but based on the prices of the W series i'll prolly ask them to just buy me a MBP instead ... hopefully they willh:
