damm, I wish I had the oppsite problem as you guys. I'm trying to lean up a little bit and lose 10lbs. I just started up doing lots of high reps low weights and I'm feeling it real good these past few weeks. I take some protein I got at costco a few times a week but not after every workout, just as a meal replacement sometimes and to supplment if I don't think I'm getting enough protein. I'm fairly strong but the one thing I'm really working on getting better at is my back. I can't do a pullup without the assist so I've set a goal to be able to do it around the end of sept or begining of oct.

any advise for trying to lose weight while lifting? I weigh about 246 right now and I want to get down to 236. I go 3-5 times a week to the gym, start off with 30 minutes of cardio then I'll do some lifting usually 1 muscle group per day. as for what I eat, I eat pretty healthy. lots of chicken, veggies, yougurt, almonds, eggs. the weekend is the only time I splurge on food, if I go to hang out at a buddies. any advise is appriciated. thanks

I would forget the 30 minute cardio on workout days and just to major cardio on non-lifting days. But I'm no expert

Eff you :wtc:

Having a bum shoulder = no bueno for golf. If I do barbell bench, my shoulder hurts and stays stiff for 3+ days.

Cardio will deff help you lean out after a workout..Make sure you use Whey Protein..something quick in delivering protein synthesis(in smaller terms,Build Muscle)

As for your pull ups problem..Do wide grip over hand pull downs...and I like to do Decline EZ bar Lateral Lifts..but thats a little advanced..If you can do it,it will blast the Lats fo sho.But if not then stick to Dumbell Pulls(Lawn Mower Pulls)...Then move on to actual over hand pull ups..once you can get 12 straight..Its time to add weight...:run:

i didnt do a lot of research into it, but im assuming you have. can yuou shed some light on it?

and if you are taking it as a PCT what were you on? i saw your pics in the other thread and wouldnt be surprised if you were on TREN or clomid(sp?)
