the places I've been looking at in baltimore are about 1000-1200sqft and range from $160k-$210k and that is with the prices down (most of them were at $300k+ a little over a year ago). Shells here go for more than $23k....how the fuck is shit near you so cheap?!?!

My house that I grew up in in NY is in the $98k range, but put the same house in SD near the beach and it would easily go in the neighborhood of 2.5-3mil. It's all about location.
I looked where I grew up the other day and costs there are around $150k for around 2000sq/ft and up

yea my pops is comin tommorow night to do his approval walk then we'll get it fully inspectedthat was my deal ... this house all said and done under 30k once its fixed up. i cant rent a place like this for the same price as the mortgage, not even close
