notice the selling price of this property in 07 ... 90k

Looks like it was bought at the sheriff's auction for 800
then sold to you for 27,000

that 800 was fee's of some sort that the previous owner still had to pay. it sold back to the bank for somewhere over 30k last time
sure is ... was working on it till about 9 last night, workin on it again today

and a sheriffs sale is basically repo house that goes up for sale
