I've been going to the gym pretty hard since the begining of October. My weight hasn't really changed much, butI'm a heck of a lot more toned all over, and my belly has gone down.
word, when I joined fitness crew I stayed the same weight but my measurements changed a lot. My waist went down like 2 inches and my chest went up like 4. Now I'm pretty much 10 lbs too heavy all the time, but at least I look sexay. h:

I kind of wish the scale would reflect the loss of fat, but I know there is a difference I can see when I look in the mirror so I'm not that discouraged.
