I've been going to the gym pretty hard since the begining of October. My weight hasn't really changed much, butI'm a heck of a lot more toned all over, and my belly has gone down.
i put 10 more lbs on and im trying to cut it off again...i want to get to 190lbs then clean bulk to 200-210...
i have a set meal plan for every day of the week and i have been staying faithfull to it...its hard to turn down junk food though its killing me every time i see crumb cake at work lol
