shit i cant even compete with you guys i think i have some of that muscle but its covered in BF
the morning cardio/weight loss is going good
its like i wake up and i am totired to think of reasons not to go to the gym so i always go lol
my diet is another story i eat a big meal in the morning but then rarely eat before 7pm
down to 242.5 this morn though

doen this a few times. i'm going to keep it up. i'm only using a weenie bar and 20lb on each side but whatever.
and i just realized hes doing 8 reps not 10

Working out with 235 on flat now. Up 10lbs from last week. Then 90lbs dumbells on incline immediately after and supersetting with diamond push ups. Doing all arms tonight and avoiding neck movement. haha.
