Official HAN Fitness Camp III
I've been feeling really good about my quick workouts. I've been doing them consistently for 2 weeks now and I can see myself doing this for a long time. I hate doing hour long routine for a couple of weeks and then quit, but this program I got going on, I can do it for a long time without dreading every night about doing it.
My ideal workout is 1:30 because I'm kinda slow and rest a bit between exercises. Since I do it on my lunch break, I usually cut it short and don't do quite as much as I would like. :hs: I know I'd get a better workout if I just went straight through faster, but I figure it's better to get a little rest and finish my shit than burn out on my second set
jammed my damn pinky last night playing ball, first game of course, taped up the rest of the night and feels fine today
but now i think im getting a cold, and its 35ish outside so i cant go running and try to sweat it out
i need to add some at home exercises for my back
chest is going good, abs are going good, but my love handles and upper back need some work
suggestions?

Word. Pull ups and chin ups ftw. Do 'em both and you'll have pretty decent coverage of muscle areas. As for love handles, there are a million different at-home exercises that'll help. The simplest is oblique crunches. Just lay on the floor with both your knees to one side and do crunches. Another one is to lay on your back, hold onto your bed frame or dresser (anything heavy that isn't going to move), put your legs straight up in a 90* angle to your torso and move your legs from left to right, keeping them together.
Doing side crunches and weighted side bends will make the love handles WORSE. You are building muscle under the fat....just gotta do cardio.
