Default This thanksgiving make a turduckin

:lmao:

there was an article in the paper today about these:

A Turducken is a dish consisting of a partially de-boned turkey stuffed with a de-boned duck, which itself is stuffed with a small de-boned chicken. The chestal cavity of the chicken and the rest of the gaps are filled with, at the very least, a highly seasoned breadcrumb mixture or sausage meat, although some versions have a different stuffing for each bird.

I want to try to deep fry a turkey, but my family wants a traditional turkey, so I have to abide by their wants. Maybe I'll buy a small turkey for myself to deep fry h:

Noted, I do <3 my turkey legs. I'll see if I can scrounge up one. Do you brine your turkeys? Do you brine the deep fried one?
