So yesterday my buddy called me and asked if I could take him to a local gun shop that I keep talking to him about so he could buy his first pistol. My buddy, who is primarily a rifle shooter, doesn't know much about pistols except for what he learned in rookie school. So I take him to this local place in Cornelius and they offer him a new Glock 27 for $515 (they're not part of the Glock LEO program yet, but are in the process). He was ready to buy, but didn't have the $515...so being the good friend that I am (and for the fact that I'm good friends with the guys that own the gun store) I offered my buddy to pay $100 towards the gun so he would buy it.

15 minutes later he's walking out with the Glock 27 a happy man. Now my buddy is going to give me his Mossberg 702 plinkster with a 3-9 scope on it for helping him out. He was going to sell it to help pay for his Glock, but since I helped him out...he's going to give it to me. No pics at this time, but everybody knows what a stock Glock 27 looks like. I'll post some of the Mossy when I get it.

Speaking of guns Picked up a Ruger SP101 in .357 Mag the other day i love this thing. I use it for concealment.

I have been seriously considering trading in my H&K P2000 .40 for a Glock 30. The P2000 is an amazing gun but it is a little too bulky for concealment. Any thoughts?
