Doing ALOT better. I'm back to lifting weights again. It doesnt bother me with most exercises. I've been trying to strengthen it back up. Only thing I cant really do is a barbell military press as it bothers my shoulder alot. With dumbells its no problem though. Sometimes I'll sleep on it wrong at night and wake up in the middle of the night and it'll be really sore. Other than that though it doesnt hurt at all throughout the day

Good to hear it's overall ok. Sucks how that kind of shit never goes back 100%. My lower back gets 'soft' in the winter. Doesn't like the cold AT ALL.

I did those one session and they were tough. The weight I could do was a lot less than what I could do with military press

Thats what I've heard. People say its the type of thing that always comes back in one way or another. Hopefully doesnt cause anything major in my life. Like I said it doesnt bother mee too much anymore except when I sleep on it wrong. Sometimes I'll move it in a weird way or stretch to reach something and it'll build tension like its gonna pop so I stopand it goes away
