Honestly, take the slight pain very very seriously, and make sure to stretch it out and stay away from a/c vents hitting it. In the summertime, a slightly damp back from a hot car seat + a/c = agony.
Mine isnt that bad but I'd like to learn some ways to care of my back better. I've actually considered trying yoga thinking the stretching may help it out
