deep tissue massages are the best. my buddy specializes in those and skin rolling. its so painful but feals so good afterwards. :noghey:

I've been going monthly to my local place for a year and a half. If you're going to pay $50, I would say $10 is fine. Brian once you go in, just be upfront of what's bothering you. You're going to realize your body is more out of sync than you feel!

never been.. work gives a $500 allowance for massages per year.

$50 bucks for 1+hour.. dayum.. thats cheap.. i asked around and its like $80 for an hour here

I really want to go tho h:

$50 is pretty cheap. Either they don't do a good job, or use cheap products.

and $20 is definitely too much of a tip for a massage that expensive. Nothing more than $10
