Ideas:

you can gain valuable space by getting stacked washers/dryers, this way your utility closet can become pretty much just that, a closet, instead of a small room.

And that shower looks wicked small, but that could just be my mind deceiving me, to me shower>tub regardless of any desire

add garage access to the house, it will make life much easier and in case of inclimate weather acts as a buffer zone VS. opening your porch door to come in during the winter or summer months (which would in my mind easily cause uncomfortable drafts flowing into the living room)

That bathroom you're referring to with the tub, it's about 5'-6' wide depending on tub lenght... and about 10'~ long... which is pretty standard for a home

Edit: Spanks that floorplan was drafted horribly The dimensions aren't up to ANSI standards

I can see that, still I feel that the shower is going to be a little lacking in the size department. I was never a fan of square or kiddie-corner showers, maybe it's just cause i'm a goon in the shower and like to have my space
